One Step Staging

How could staging help my listings?

The price is higher than the market dictates:
Staging can make the house more appealing thus creating a better value.

A vacant house:
Empty spaces are hard to actually visualize the buyer’s belongings. We all know that model homes stage their properties thus creating an emotional appeal.  Adding furnishings adds color and warmth, and helps the buyer to see the natural function and size of each space.

The competition looks better than your listing:
Staged homes look like model homes in move-in condition. A staged home sells itself to the real estate community and so attracts more traffic.

After an expired listings and a price reduction:
You just listed a home that was an expired listing. Make it look like a brand new listing. Stage the house and enter new pictures on the MLS, and announce it as a hot new listing.  Most Realtors pay for part of the staging to get the stager in the door. Let the seller know that you are doing everything you can to get their home sold.  After a price reduction, stage the home and post new pictures to attract the buyers that already saw your home.

Online marketing:
90% of the buyers will see your listing online. We take artful pictures that showcase the function of each room. We also highlight the architectural features of the space. Proper placement of furniture and un-cluttering present the best features of each room.

Standing out in your listing presentation:
Offer to stage a stale listing to let the seller know that you are doing everything you can to sell their home. Offering staging as part of your marketing plan will set you apart from the other agents competing for the listing.

 Open House and Visual Tours
Invite a stager to put the finishing touches on your listing. Some simple furniture re-placement and accessory adjustments can really show case your listing better online and on print media.
